The design of this hall is attributed to its association with the Main Conference Hall. It is dedicated to hold sideline press conferences of the high rank summits, meetings and conferences. The most important function held in this Hall was the Press Confrences of the Bahrain National Dialogue in March 2011. The hall is very flexible and can be used for small seminars, lectures and workshops, as it's facilitated with chairs equipped with writing plates and pads. The hall is located on the first floor of the centre, specifically the outer part of the Main Conference hall, with side parking for cars, and can be accessed exclusivly by external upper bridge via cars, or individually by the elevators at the Ground Floor.
